Role/scope of work: Provide support to the donor relations department in several primary areas: database management, fund administration, event execution, database management and reporting. Responsible for representing the organization through communicating with donors, and providing quality services for fundraising and exemplifying excellent customer service.

Role/scope of work: Work with managers and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently. Make phone calls, provide customer support, and complete paperwork as needed. 

Role/scope of work: Create content for digital communications and marketing team. Work closely with our Communications Team while managing social engagement by responding to all social media messages and direct outreach. Report monthly on social following and tracking data.
